Refund/Cancellation Policy

Alison Pennline Designs will provide an invoice for each project that is commissioned. A 25% non- refundable deposit is due upon review of the invoice in order to hold space on APD calendar to complete the work. If, during the time leading up to the design process a client decides that APD services are no longer needed, the balance of the invoice will be voided. The non-refundable deposit will NOT be refunded.

All design work created for clients by Alison Pennline Designs is custom to that individual. Artwork and designs are created solely for each client based on discussions and verbal agreements prior to the start of the project. Artwork may not be returned or exchanged.
